Best Replace Catch Basin in Chicago IL

Installed new tankless water heater when previous one went out. Have a complex system with boiler, holding tank, recirculator, a twisted hive of pressure tanks and pumps, and in floor radiant heat system. Got multiple quotes from other companies. Went with Goode as they seemed to have a firm grasp of my complex system and I felt they were the only one that could handle it. Chris and Joseph were extremely professional and did a bang up job. Very happy with their work. Goode will have themslves a repeat customer.

I called Chaz originally because a different plumber told me we had a collapsed sewage pipe that needed to be replaced and I wanted a second opinion. I described the situation to him and he said it seemed odd the first plumber came to this conclusion without hydro jetting the line and running a camera. Chaz and team came out very quickly and worked the problem and discovered there was an obstruction in the pipe and were able to flush it out to the main sewage line. Chaz’s knowledge and willingness to troubleshoot the issue helped us correctly identify the issue, resolve it and save thousands of dollars by not performing unnecessary work. They were super responsive, knowledgeable, professional and fair. I highly recommend!

The experience with Chicago Plumbing Experts was totally awesome and the pricing was extremely reasonable. The plumbers John and Antoni and
everyone that worked on the projects with them did an amazing job and cleaned up afterward. They where on time and they got the job done in a timely manner. The customer service was professional and very courteous. I will MOST DEFINITELY use them again and recommend them to family and friends. This was BEST decision I could’ve made.

I was late by 15 min dropping the kids off at school, but Ben waited for me. Fortunately the water heater lighted up again without a problem (I might of been doing it wrong), Ben showed me how to start it. Since there was nothing actually wrong he said he’s not going to charge a service fee.... thanks Apex & Ben!!!

Mike and his team were absolutely top notch. Their professionalism, honesty, attention to detail and service surpassed my expectations. They replaced old pipes in the bathroom sink as well as the kitchen sink. His knowledge and experience is vast and the job was done properly. Daniel replaced a bath tub drain assembly for me. It was in a really, really tough spot in my crawlspace. I cannot thank him enough.

David inspected and hydro-jetted, and really explained whats going on, illuminating some problems i didn't even know about.

Jeff and his team are awesome. Everyone is professional, polite, easily available and thorough. I had two services completed recently. Both turned out great. A good value. I haven't seen a worst service of this kind ever. The entire staff is super-rude, especially the owner, they don't pick up the call and if they choose to call back, they take their own sweet time , sometimes 3-4 days.Then, the owner itself is not on the same page with their own plumber. In the end, they didn't do anything to fix the issue and eventually had to hire another plumbing service after wasting whole month with them.Avoid them as much as you can.

Very misleading service. They charge you before doing the job. That’s if they even do the job correctly.
