Goode set up the job so there was minimal mess when cutting open sewer pipe. They were consciences about doing a complete job and all the people communicated well and were easy to deal with.

We had a totally collapsed catch basin by our patio, so Chuck at APEX came out and looked at it. They had rebuilt it in two days, even though it was raining hard the first day. I highly recommend APEX, and they they left the worksite spotless.

Got them to come quote for a blocked outside drain. Had to discuss the quote with my husband, while this discussion happened the second contractors to come give a quote arrived and CS&DP told them that they are doing the job. Unprofessional to say the least, if you are price competitive then why do you chase away other contractors?

This company has been taking care of my sewer needs for more than 5 years. They first came out to replace the sewer pipe from the house to the main sewer because it had gotten full of tree roots so bad that it cracked and was broken. After that they have been coming out every few years to camera it to make sure the roots have not grown back always bringing a rodder with in case it is needed. They are professional, caring, competent, and I trust them. There are not too many companies that you can say that about today...

This company is great! They will actually schedule something that works for you!! If you say 2pm on Thursday - they are there at 2pm on Thursday! The whole staff is friendly, courteous and super professional. I highly highly recommend them. Thank you Jeff!!

Sadly I cannot give zero stars. Anywho, our dishwasher was clogged and the pump sounded to be overworking. This led to a bad smell in the dishwasher after use and standing water, not to mention it wasn't drying the dishes either. All of this was explained on the phone to DP&S as well as telling them no additional water damage or issues near the dishwasher or sink existed.They disregard all initial information given to them and send out a guy who does absolutely nothing besides corroborate what we had already told them. All he does is give us the name of someone that can fix it.We are then charged $75 a couple days later via a mailed invoice. I call in and talk to Bonnie. I explained my situation and that I think it's unreasonable for me to have to pay. I do this in a calm, professional manner as a way to hopefully get to a resolution that works for both sides. Bonnie responds with Oh, so you don't want to pay?!?! and then promptly hangs up.Unbelievably terrible service and just mean-spirited, unprofessional people. DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. Bonnie, I hope your day ends better than it started. Cheers.UPDATE: owner's response back is all you need to know. Good day to you.
