Best Renovation Project in Chicago IL

Used FIP to look at an electrical issue that was reported in the inspection for the pending sale of my condo. There was a tight deadline between the closing and when the issue needed to be resolved. Worked with Tom to fit me into the schedule and get the issue resolved in record time! Thanks again to Tom for the quick scheduling and Roger for looking at the electrical panel. 10/10 would recommend FIP to anyone!

Mo came within 24 hours of contacting him to fix a couple of patches of water damaged ceiling. He did a great job repairing the ceiling and was very friendly as well. He even checked out the plumbing work we had recently had done in our bathtub and added a bit of silicone to make sure we definitely wouldn’t have more leaks (at no extra charge). I would definitely recommend Mo to others as he is skilled and reasonably priced.
