HIGHLY recommend Full Circle Plumbing! Matt is the owner and he will give you his full attention promptly and courteously. He's a pro and you can tell. Not only that but, again, his is polite, respectful and educates you fully about his findings. He doesn't push or sell; just gives you all your options. I haven't come across a business with such a personal feel in years. Will call Matt every time from here on out. No need to call around.

I contacted PSP regarding an issue with my sump pump. Pablo was able to arrive the same day and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He is very knowledgeable and also clearly cares about the work that he does. He explained everything that he was doing and gave me a few suggestions to help prevent problems in the future. He also left the work area clean an tidy, which was much appreciated. Definitely recommended!

I called to schedule a water line on Monday, Ed said he would come out on Wednesday. I text to confirm the appointment on Tuesday, heard nothing. Called Tuesday night, the number was no longer accepting calls and I never heard from Ed. I ended up calling Four Seasons. I used this company before and had great service so was very surprised at the lack of response.

Highly recommend Sam and Savior Plumbers for their prompt and knowledgeable services and reasonable prices. They were the 3rd quote I had come out to fix a leaking kitchen faucet and the only ones who would execute to completion. We have bad shut off valves, and the other plumbers I called would not fix the faucet without a full building shut off. We will be replacing all our shut off valves with Sam and reaching out to Savior Plumbers first for all our future plumbing needs.

We had a big project to do - total gut rehab of an old Chicago greystone. REI worked with my contractor and got things done! There were no project delays with REIs work! Donal was in regularly checking on quality and timeliness. Donal even taught my GC a thing or two! 10
months after living in our new construction, no issues with the work REI did. I’m extremely happy with REI’s quality, speed and costs!! Thanks for the great work!!

I have not been this happy in a long time. The last few plumbers I have hired left me so disappointed that I was beginning to think it was a bad industry. (Overcharging, poor service, incomplete work, bad work, lousy attitude, leaving work area dirty, causing damage, etc.). But, today I needed to call a plumber again, so . . . off to Google to search for one in my area. I decided to call Blue Line because they were close and had decent reviews. So, I was hopeful. Best phone call I could have made!

First of all, someone actually answered the phone when I called (bonus points!). Then, he was able to come out same day (Double bonus points!). But the real five star service was in Tom's professional and efficient service which was delivered with a pleasant and courteous demeanor. He fixed my toilet and my sink (which were the two reasons I needed him to come out), and then he checked my tub while he was there (which benefited from his tender loving care). He took his time to make sure everything was running correctly before leaving and he did everything for a fair price. (He even put everything back under the sink!) I'm just amazed across the board.

Truly, this is a five star service in an industry that seems to be seriously lacking. I plan on telling all of my family and friends in the neighborhood. Thank you, Tom!!

Alex and his team were incredible. I called them the evening my hot water heater gave out and they were at my place by the next morning. I cannot overstate how huge that was for us as we were completely out of hot water for showers, laundry, etc. They were timely, professional, and friendly. The work was top notch, they left the area cleaner than they found it, and they were reasonably priced. 10/10 would recommend.
Bonus: AA is a small and local family owned business operated by a CFD firefighter. That gave me extra comfort knowing the work would be done to the highest safety standards, and If you’re going to give your business to someone, why not to a dedicated professional who’s also a heroic public servant?

Awesome Plumbing Service

We had an some minor issues with our toilet and some bi-fold doors in our hallway plus an additional issue with a shower door handle coming loose. The service has a two hour minimum and an hourly charge thereafter plus materials. Handico came highly recommended so we were optimistic that these annoying household issues would be solved. The servicemen first tried to fix several of the issues (rather than replacing them), a decision I likely wouldn't have chosen myself given the ease and relatively cheap cost of replacement but I trusted the guy to do his job, thats why we called! After unsuccessfully trying to repair several issues, he wasn't able to, so he ended up replacing the door track and doing his best to tighten the shower handle. The total bill was much higher than it should've been due to the time spent initially trying to repair things. We brought up our concerns to HandiCo and they were super responsive and appreciative of our business and feedback. You could tell they not only cared a lot about delivering the best quality service but also that the customers were left feeling good about the value. THAT is the true sign of a good business and why we will give them another chance next time. The servicemen was so disheartened and clearly a young guy in training, he will be great one day and we are happy to work through his growing pains, especially when you get management who is as incredible as these guys are. In the end we got the issues in our home solved and the bill was cut more than in half. These guys were timely, communicative, respectful, and DID fix the bulk of what was needed, it just took them a bit longer than anticipated, an issue they owned up to immediately and made us whole for. Two thumbs up, we will be using them again!

Mo came within 24 hours of contacting him to fix a couple of patches of water damaged ceiling. He did a great job repairing the ceiling and was very friendly as well. He even checked out the plumbing work we had recently had done in our bathtub and added a bit of silicone to make sure we definitely wouldn’t have more leaks (at no extra charge). I would definitely recommend Mo to others as he is skilled and reasonably priced.
