We had a tech come to our home to do a camera scope of our lines to see how bad the tree root damage was. The damage is really extensive to our dismay. Despite this, the tech was completely professional, kind, and respectful. There wasn't any sort of mess left behind (he had to scope through the toilet by removing it) and also pointed out when removing the toilet the company we had out the day before didn't completely tighten the toilet when they put it back on.
