he answered all my questions in laymanâs terms that I was able to comprehend, and from the beginning, put my mind at rest that I had made not only the right decision with the vendor, but I lucked out With your employee who was assigned to my home. His analysis of the problem was spot on. Even before he had even dug into my front yard. In addition on every occasion that I reached out to Mr Ballard he promptly returned my calls, and was responsive to my insurance provider in my efforts to do receive reimbursement. Lastly, my observation of Mr. Ballard, with his two young staff people was exceptional and his teaching methods sharing his from what I understand is over 30 years of experience. I would highly recommend your company to anyone who has. Any plumbing issues. Shoddy workmanship and customer service, you get what you pay for. They will mess something up inevitably and good luck getting them to fix it. They have many company names and several complaints with the BBB. I just wish I would have known that before I used them. BIG MISTAKE!
