No surprises! How often can you say that? Since my schedule was flexible, I was actually able to receive same day service. Goode Plumbing and I communicated through out the day about my availability (needed to leave the site at one point) and the plumber's arrival time. He and I coordinated the final part of the scheduling. On the scene he was a professional. Actually was able to solve the problem in a few minutes when I had expected it was going to require an hour or more. He also took some information about some other questions I had and Goode Plumbing had an answer the following day. I won't use any other plumbing company!

Can't say enough good things about the experience. Had an ejector pump that failed after hours. I called Loves Plumbing and Sewer and John Love (owner which was unbeknownst to me at the time) answered the phone, was patient with my questions, and highly knowledgeable in his responses. John came out early the next morning, fixed the problem and walked me through the work being performed. Thanks John for all the help and will be using you for all of our plumbing and sewer needs going forward.

WARNING!! TO ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS DO NOT USE APEX Plumbing and Sewer Services!!!! They improperly installed a sump pump in my finished basement in May 2022. They DO NOT back there services! I have tried to reach the owners on 3 occasions to explain that the pump failed after 10 months and got no call back. A more reputable company came in and explained to me that their was work was sloppy and not properly installed. Specifically. they did not replace a broken check valve and did not properly fasten and seal the sump pump cover. Plus the fact that their Made in China pump failed and refused to contact me and explain themselves after I sought a partial refund. I paid $2500 for this work which took less than a hour for them to complete. Also a ridiculous amount given a pump casts approx. $500. THEY ARE RIP-OFFS! I am reporting them to BBB and I warn anybody to use a more reputable company. Notice how they only respond to positive reviews. A clear sign that they sre not a reputable company.. I have called At Water Plumbing numerous times over the past year and they have yet to disappoint. Recently, they replaced a hot water tank in my basement prep kitchen in a difficult location, needless to say they did a great job and they did it quickly. At Water has also introduced me to HAP Systems at my new location, very innovative piece of equipment, I wish I would have thought of it. I look forward to working with At Water on my next project.

AAplumber is the way to go! I’ve used other services before with just Bad experiences. Not with AAplumber! Alex and his crew are great. And they actually clean up after the job is done! Alex was quick to respond, answered the phone right way. He Does great work! They fixed my water heater in my basement in just a few hours. Thanks again Alex.

Andrei and his team are amazing! Extremely responsive and on time for the job. When it comes to plumbing issues, these two things are extremely important. The quality of their work is also great! I used them for small and large projects and the work was outstanding!

I had a big problem at home with completely clogged bathtub. That was in the evening and we couldn't even use it. I called this company and the plumber named Ben came and did the miracle job. I say miracle, because there was a problem with access to the pipes, since we live in quite old building.Ben, as well as the office lady were very nice and professional. The whole service was fast and they were courteous enough to waive some fee for us.I will definitely call the again if any plumbing issue should occur in the future!

This service is impeccable. We needed to swap out three ceiling fans and we just weren't comfortable working with the electric. Edgar and his trainee Jalen were prompt, friendly, and efficient. The cost also came in under the other companies we priced. We will absolutely contact them when we need another task like this done. They saved us so much time and stress!

Mo came within 24 hours of contacting him to fix a couple of patches of water damaged ceiling. He did a great job repairing the ceiling and was very friendly as well. He even checked out the plumbing work we had recently had done in our bathtub and added a bit of silicone to make sure we definitely wouldn’t have more leaks (at no extra charge). I would definitely recommend Mo to others as he is skilled and reasonably priced.
