Amazing customer service! I called 10+ electricians and couldn't even get a call back, with with Sims & Sons, Darrel not only called me back within an hour, but he had someone at my house within 30 minutes of our call.

One of their electricians, Ennis, was able to fix our outdoor socket that wasn't working, essentially saving the holiday season since now our holiday lights will work. Beyond the service, both Darrel and Ennis were able to explain the situation to me and walk me through what happened and how to avoid it next time, which I appreciated.

Pricing was great but the turnaround was super impressive. Highly recommend them!
