It’s an old house and some of the vents pipes burst and the rest were old and rusty and had to be replaced. Jan was very thorough in explaining the whole project and transparent about the cost and their hourly rates. I would recommend Vanguard for any plumbing work.

We live Skokie and I have used this company twice. I just wanted to write and say this company is the best! They just left our house after replacing a pipe by the water meter. Not only were the two plumbers kind and respectful - they were hard working, clean and thorough. When this house was built, it appears they did not add an extra close valve and they did that today. Not only did they correct the problem, they did not charge us extra. What they quoted us at the initial consultation is what we paid today.
