Great service experience

Michael came out this morning to repair our ejector pump that has been giving us issues for some time now. He was on time, quick and didn't charge us extra money for being in such a rush. Will use again for any future plumbing repairs.

We used Loves Plumbing for an extensive renovation project and we can't say enough great things about the work that was done. We had a BIG project and lived in the house while the project took place, which can obviously make for a stressful experience. John was tremendously helpful in making sure we were taken care of throughout the project even going out of his way to text and follow up with us on nights and weekends to ensure we were managing ok. John was timely, honest, straight forward and was great to work with; he is our recommendation to friends and family.

I cannot say enough good things about Mike and his crew. They replaced our sump pump and installed battery backup, putting our minds at ease. Service was awesome from start to finish; Mike was responsive quickly and clearly communicated everything we needed to know. Happy to have found a reliable plumber we can trust!
