Best Fix Burst Pipe Plumber in Chicago IL
My toilet broke on a Saturday! I called Roto-Rooter because I know they don't charge extra for the weekend. They came right away, fixed the problem and at a very reasonable price to my delight. I have used them in the past for major sewer problems and they were excellent then too. They are the only plumbers I will ever call again! Kelly 2771 was the wonderful plumber who saved the day. Thank you.

As a new homeowner with century-old pipes, I’ve gotten to know the plumbing industry pretty well, pretty quickly. The whole team at Van Der Bosch is kind, prompt, thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient. They’re fair in their pricing and don’t try to upcharge you. We will be calling them again.

We had a problem with our sewage line and called these guys to come and fix it as they had hydro jet our line before. They arrived late and took a look at the problem. We had some issue finding the sewage cap as we didn’t know exactly where it was on the property. They told us to dig for it, it would be a $185 charge. Then, they proceeded to tell us that in order to hydro jet the line, they’d need to remove my toilet - a $435 job. I told them to keep digging, verbally agreeing to the additional $185. I stepped away for a few minutes to see if I could find documentation of where the sewage cap was, and they left. Packed up their stuff and drove away. We eventually found the cap and called them back, and they were able to fix the problem, but then told us of a potentially larger issue. Given their track record and similar experiences I’ve seen, I don’t trust them at all. Will never be using these guys again.

I had a drain basin fill up with sewage. Rick came over with the jetter and cleaned out about 2 feet of old stuff. Professional and kind. Now my kids and the neighbor kids can play safely in the driveway.
