Called J and he was out the same day. Had an issue with our sump pump and the fix was super quick and easy. Would highly recommend as they are responsive and honest!

Alex was incredibly helpful in replacing our hot water heater the very next day after it broke down. He walked me through each step of the process and gave a very fair estimate. He also helped fix our kitchen sink! Would absolutely recommend using Rob West to anyone who finds themselves in need of a plumber.

Chris was very knowledgeable and communicative and laid out a few options for me to discuss with my family. He cleared the water from the heater and shut it down to stop the leaking while we decided.

Mr. Burris responded promptly the same day I called. He's courteous and professional. I needed to have my kitchen sink rodded out because it was draining so slow, and because it was a double sink water would back up from one sink to the other. Not to mention I couldn't use my dishwasher. Anyways, he was wonderful and gave me great maintenance advise. I will call him again if another plumbing issue arises.

A basement flooding after rain storms and a simple catch basin pump out and cleaning resulted in other issues causing the flooding. Turns out my mainline was clogged so then l had them rod it out but issue still persistent because water did not drain after rodding, Jeremy was persistent and wasn't gonna leave me like that so he brought out the pressure jetter and it got the clog out all the way to the sewer and water level returned to normal, also gave me a deal to include the jetting price for the pumping and rodding price at no extra, l was so grateful

I called Mike after hearing about him from a neighbor. I had a different neighbor let me know about a leak into her unit. I set up a time for him to come by and take a look. He showed up on time, wore gloves while he worked and was able to confirm the “O” ring needed to be replaced. He was done in under an hour! He then checked to make sure it filled and flushed properly. I highly recommend.

I Definitely don’t recommend this company for any emergency service.. needed a sewer line cleared as I was having backup in my shower… charged 475 to clear shower line which they could not clear... didn’t tell me that price before attempting to clear line.. than text me a price of 650 to try & clear the same line thru the toilet… at that point I said no.. paid them 475 +125 for emergency service fee & they left with nothing being accomplished.. he did say. If I had let him drop a camera to see which line to clear.. it would of been cheaper but Ofcourse he didn’t tell me any of that in the beginning or the 475 price til after they attempted to clear line.... had another company come the next day & clear the same line for 275 & no camera needed…so basically they wanted to charge me 1225.00 to do the same job, I got done for 275 the next day.. ripoffs!!!!!!!! Beware!!!!

I paid $95 to John to diagnosis my sewer gas smell in my house which can be hazardous. He did not provide a diagnosis for what my issue was, mainly gave me a bunch of “maybe it’s this” or “maybe it’s this” or your house is just old and your going to have to replace the whole main pipe through the house resolve the issue. This was all in a span of 15 min and I gave $95 for this service call, so basically was left with more questions than answers. I even started to question my career choice, and thought about going into plumbing business and tell 9 out of 10 people what he said and make a quick $95 in 15 min. On the contrary, with Kennedy Plumbing located in Alsip, they were able to come in and find out what was going on and why I was getting the smell. They found out it was the P trap in the ground and gave a few options and how I can contain the smell until I’m ready to do the repair. Again, I highly recommend Kennedy plumbing!
