Jan from Vanguard came by to fix a leaky pipe. They were able to fit me into their schedule, showed up exactly on time, fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes for a reasonable cost.

I have been contacting them for plumbing help for a few years now and they actually try their best to offer advice to help you fix small problems on your own before trying to charge you for services. They are my go to plumber and I frequently recommend them to others in the Chicago area.

Hands down best plumber I ever had. They installed a water drip pan under my washer and water heater. Very reasonable pricing and they finished on time, Henry even went the extra mile and hooked up my dryer vent even though it was not part of the service. John Folan is a genius! We flooded 5 times in the 9 years we lived in our home. Two years ago we went to John through local recommendations. We have an older Sears and Robuck catelog home - we thought we would be stuck having a flooding basement forever!Hiring John was the best thing we have ever done. This past week, during the torrential rain storm we had NO WATER in our basement! NONE! We have always been the victims to several feet of sewer water, this past storm was intense..what a test!
