I had a very good experience with Roto Rooter. They were very timely, responsive and professional. The plumber that came out not only resolved our issue quickly, but took the time to educate us and gave us very helpful cleaning tips. The only down side was the price - definitely on the expensive side.

Jonathan responded right away after having an emergency issues with pump in basement. My old land lord recommended him. He was very knowledgeable and patient discussing options. Within 1hr Milton was in the property, took a quick look and started to replace the ejector pump. Showed us what he would do, answered all questions we had, and was very profesional with everything. At the end, parts and labor was half of what Roto Rooter was going to charge me and now I have a go to plumber that I will call back if I have any issues.

We were quoted approximately $2000 for 4 hours of work to replace an old concrete utility sink—including removal—which is obscene. The average hourly rate for a plumber according to google is $45 - $150 an hour. We decided to do it ourselves and the materials cost about $120. Add to that $600–let’s be generous and go with $150/hour—and that comes to $720. So, why are they charging more than twice that? I’m happy to pay good money for good work but it’s hard for me to see how they’re not taking advantage of people

Sam's Plumbing And Rodding responded quickly to a customer in need. My main water line to the house broke while I was on vacation. When I returned, my yard was flooded. This company provided same day service, did an excellent job, and at a lower price than their competition when I called. I would highly recommend their prompt and excellent services.. I am a very satisfied customer.

Got them to come quote for a blocked outside drain. Had to discuss the quote with my husband, while this discussion happened the second contractors to come give a quote arrived and CS&DP told them that they are doing the job. Unprofessional to say the least, if you are price competitive then why do you chase away other contractors?

Very professional, knew exactly what they were doing. Cleaned up afterwards and left area almost like they were never here.
