I don't usually leave review but I thought I had to due to the expertise of Eric the plumber. Unlike most Eric is honest knowledgeable and swift with projects. Respectful of situations and best of all best price. 5 stars.

I had a gangway sewer plugged up and backing up Water. They rodded the main pipe from roots of a tree in the pipes. It cost $425.00 the person stated he rooted out the pipes to the street. It did not fix the problem. They stated they do not guarantee to fix the problem. They said to try to fix the problem would be another $1200.00. Again no guarantees. They try to fix the problem by trial and error. Not very happy with this company.

Called Apex to come take a look at an ejector pump i have been struggling with for a Month. Quickly diagnosed the problem of having a bad float along with the float being a poor design for the way my pit is set up. Gave a fair recommendation, quote and even the model number for something i could replace myself as its a quick but expensive fix. That right there earned my business and recommendation to family and friends for all of my future plumbing needs.

My next door neighborhood and I (and possibly others in the neighborhood) experienced flooding even after just a little rain. Now, that problem is gone, thanks to Bubba and Wayne.

I called Mike for a bathroom emergency. He stopped by as soon as he had time and fixed my problem. He did a great job. 2 weeks later I had a problem with my faucet in my kitchen and he came the next evening and did a fantastic job. I am thankful I found Mike because it's hard to find plumbers who do smaller emergency jobs at condos.

Got them to come quote for a blocked outside drain. Had to discuss the quote with my husband, while this discussion happened the second contractors to come give a quote arrived and CS&DP told them that they are doing the job. Unprofessional to say the least, if you are price competitive then why do you chase away other contractors?

We reached out online on a Sunday for a shower cartridge issue. We received an email that evening confirming that they should be able to help early in the week. We received a prompt touchpoint on Monday AM for an afternoon visit from Jeff. He was on time, informative, and walked us through all our options and explained ahead of time the potential costs of each. Lucky for us, the cheapest and easiest option worked and he quickly fixed our problem. We felt comfortable and confident in their approach at every step and appreciate that they didn’t just say we needed to replace the part for several hundred more dollars! Thank you team. I had an old water heater that died and Diversey Plumbing was assigned through my home warranty. I did get charged extra for an extra difficult job which I believe was fair. Quote was given prior to installation and there were no surprises. The installers were very professional and friendly. I would go to them again with future requests.

These guys are great! From Chris who answers the phone to Artie, Ricky, Ryan and all the other plumbers. They know what they are doing and are fast, clean and efficient. Some might say they are pricey but I truly believe you get what you pay for. After dealing with guys who didn’t have a clue, I’d rather pay a few extra bucks for their knowledge and professional manner. Thanks guys! Keep up the great work!
