Best Catch Basin Cleaning in Chicago IL

Completely dissatisfied and disgusted with two recent jobs by Goode Plumbing, especially considering that I am a repeat customer (3 jobs in 2020-2021) who had a good experience with this company in the past. Not only did they not do the job as outlined in the estimate/proposal (“rebuild a vintage shower”… in fact they did not rebuild anything), but even worse, now the shower is not functioning. So, I paid $1,700 to have damage to my vintage shower that will now cost me at least $1,200 to fix (according to another plumber). Not to mention that they kept my credit card on file without my authorization and charged the final payments without my authorization. Also the scheduling and follow up from the office staff was pathetic. One person seemed to know what was going on and another, completely clueless. Will not work with this company in the future.

I own a condo in a building with no association currently. The plumbing issues within the building fell on me because of this. After at least 7 tries with different plumbers I finally came across Eric on Craigslist. HEAVEN SENT!!!!! I can’t wait to tell everyone I know about how amazing he was to us. He was efficient, professional, quick and above all humble and kind hearted. Me and my boyfriend was so impressed we are looking for ways to pay him way more than we discussed. I called Roto-rooter company and one other company to replace all the cooper pipe in my two flat building and their prices were too high.
I called Mike's plumbing they came the same day and they explained everything and I was feeling very confident with them, they started the work right away and finished on the time promised. I am very happy with his rate and services. I highly recommend him.

Odd experience. The owner initially was very communicative in scheduling time to come out to my property, plus thoroughly discussing with me my plumbing issues the following couple of days, but then went ghost. Said he would follow-up with an estimate that same evening, but no text back, callback, or anything—even after repeated requests. Just say you don’t want the job (or incapable of doing it) if that’s the case. Awful way to conduct business. This was a fairly large plumbing job, by the way.

Terrible. Had a leaky kitchen sink. Came out and said they needed a part and they would have to come back. 2 days went by, nobody communicated with me, rude, terrible service, not timely, no sense of urgency, 2 days later, my sink is still leaking and I have to start over and hire someone else. Save yourself the hassle, don't do it.

Ricky is a licensed professional who is down to earth, great attitude and dedicated in getting the job done right. Overall, my family was extremely satisfied with the exceptional service we received in resolving a troublesome plumbing issue with power jetting and we have used MNN in the past for sewer (catch basin) maintenance too and the level of detail I can honestly say is unsurpassed - definitely a go to choice and a wonderful company to work with! :)
