Our sump pump went out in the morning on a Saturday.Even though we have a home warranty on the sump pump, we decided to go ahead and use Roto-Rooter Plumbing even though it was going to cost us more.We are glad we did! They were at our home within 3 hours and fixed us up in 30 mins!We certainly recommend them to all our friends and family in the neighborhood!

I’m sure these guys seem like they know what they’re talking about, they do give good recommendations after all. However, they’re not the smartest when it comes to customer service. One of the guys that came out (short, pudgy dude) went out of his way to bad mouth me behind my back to my wife. You’d think you’d think twice before you say anything bad about a potential client. So instead, we’ll be taking his recommendation and give the job to another company if we need it. It’ll be much cheaper too, these guys are overpriced.

I was very happy with the honest and quality service of this company! We had to dig up our driveway and replace some pipes. They helped us with this stressful situation by taking care of everything from start to finish. (permits, digging, pipes, replacing concrete) They were very professional and communicative and I would absolutely call this company again with all my plumbing/sewer needs.
