I have been using Sean Fixes Johns for nearly two years now. He has installed a complete toilet system in our house, fixed our plumbing in the upstairs bathroom, and most recently, when it was terribly cold outside, our neighbor had a pipe that burst and put thousands of gallons of water into our basement.

Sean answered our emergency call right away and stopped by the house where nearly 4 feet of water was in the basement. He spent nearly 9 hours running three sump pumps to try to clear the basement. Then he came a second day and did it all over again because the neighbor had not had the city turn off the water for their busted pipe. The second day, he spent nearly the same amount of time clearing the basement and then rigged a nice sump pump line to ensure the basement would stay clear if any residual water came in.

The job was fantastic and his pricing was fair. He was nice enough to check in on the house and call a few times to make sure that the basement had stayed clear after the second time.
