I was very impressed with the professionalism, technical expertise, and timeliness displayed during my plumbing disaster. My main line was clogged ensuring no toilets would flush or showers would drain. Once the service technician arrived, the clog was removed in less than 30 minutes. Chaz did a wonderful job and took the time to answer any questions I had.

I appreciated Scott P., Mike C., and Josh who came out to replace my hot water heater in our investment property. I had a snag with the electricity and despite the snag, they were positive and professional the whole time. They assured they will see the job through even if they had to come out another day. They were kind and respectful and I appreciated their efficiency throughout the process.

My kitchen sink has been clogged for the longest time and many plumbers have tried to fix it with little success. I've tried six different plumbers and only Alonzo Aungon from Roto-Rooter in Norfolk was able to fix it. He came in, took his time, did a great job, and clearly explained to me what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. I highly recommend Alonzo and Roto-Rooter and will call them whenever I have plumbing issues from now on!
