Best Underground Pipe Repair in Chesapeake VA

Should be 0 stars!!! Just spent 525$ today for an A1 technician to replace the cartridge in my bathtub. Took him 3 hours .....as a novice ...2.5 hours of which it took him just to remove it. Oh but wait....it gets worse....when I started my shower at 11pm water started shooting out of the handle where he replaced the cartridge and when I turned the water off...it keeps coming out of the faucet. Unfortunately we don't have a shut off valve and I don't have a tool to shut it off at the main. Oh but wait...it gets worse...I call A1 and the on call technician is 2 hours away in North Carolina.....and he's going to charge me 235$ for an emergency call! I will be at there door when they open in the morning and then at the courthouse filing a small claims suit.
