Best Tile Installation in Chesapeake VA

I had an electrician come out to check to see why my furnace was not receiving power. The technician was completely unprofessional, They tried to upset me the entire time and told me my HVAC was shot (even though they were not HVAC techs). He was there for less 1 hour and tried charging me $650 for a loose wire connection (no materials were used at all). They do not tell you what they charge you until after the job was completed (without authorization). Once the connection was made, my HVAC ran fine. Their base charge is $266 even though when you call out a tech they say it’s only $69. Would not recommend this company because they are not upfront about costs or services.

TBH they were not the first Plumbers/repair specialist that I called, they were the 3rd. But next time 911 Home Repair Specialists will definitely be the top of the list. They got there days before the other 2 contractors that I contacted said they would be available. They kept me informed every step of the way. Their prices were very reasonable and transparent. Anything that was unexpected that was outside of the scope of the estimate I was contacted about before the work was done. All in all I am very happy would use again and would recommend to others. My Tenant was quite happy with the professionalism and the cleanup after the job was done.

We contacted Cecilia's st 5PM on a Wednesday with a leaking water heater. They had a technician to our house within the hour, and we had a new water heater installed within 2 and a half hours. Pricing was fair. Service was quick, quality,and professional. We officially have our new plumber!

I first got in touch with Jonathan when I needed a contractor to install new window mechanisms on our casement windows. The window manufacturer provided the hardware but not the labor. Jonathan was the only contractor/handyman to say sure, I'll give it a try! It was a happy day when I finally was able to open all my windows again!
We then had him do a conversion of a built in desk area in our kitchen to create a coffee/wetbar. He was fast and reasonably priced. It came out beautifully.
My mother in law then had water damage in her house which led to a smallish renovation to include new LVP flooring, kitchen cabinet reconfiguration, new 1/2 bath reno, new drawers and doorsh for all cabinets, drywall install and repair, electrical work, etc. And Jonathan did it all! His work is beautiful and he and his wife, Amber, are a joy to work with. We plan to use him for a bath renovation as well as other projects. He and Amber are kind, honest, and trustworthy. I would not hesitate to recommend their services!

5 stars! Jim was wonderfully helpful with an emergency plumbing issue on a Sunday. He was transparent, honest, and genuine about diagnosing and fixing the problem. When he determined that our issue was actually city problem, he called the city and personally waited at my residence for the city's truck to arrive. Additionally, I know when my 14-year-old water heater needs replacement, Jim already offered us same-day service. I highly recommend him. I have already given his info to my neighbors.
