EXCELLENT ! Can't say enough good things about Shawn Prunty and his partner. They were here in less than an hour, courteous, professional and identified the problem and had it fixed in about 30 minutes. Last time we had this back-up it took the builder's plumber 2 visits and 4-6 hours to fix. I will be using Roto-Rooter moving forward for all our plumbing needs. Kudos !

Mr Rooter was assigned by Home Serve Insurance to find sewer blockage and water leak. The Service Plumber (Sam Bailie} was efficient and helpful fixing the problems. He rapidly found the blockage in the sewer line and leak in the waterline both fixed same day.. He got approval for the work and repaired the same day, work finished by 5.00 pm. I would highly recommend the company and the plumber highly to any one needing service. Excellent job and service.
