Great experience. My service tech Alex did an extremely awesome job. I call in the afternoon and was serviced an hour later. He was very knowledgeable and work very hard to address my clogging issue. Wish I could give more than just five stars because he did just. Wonderful job. I would highly recommended this company to all my family and friends.

Excellent service. I had a severely clogged sink that I was unable to unclog. I called Roto-Rooter Norfolk around 9:00 AM and got an appt for the afternoon. I got a call about 30 minutes prior to the plumber's arrival. Brad was our plumber and he was great. He was friendly and quite knowledgeable. He quickly cleared the clog and gave me good information on how to prevent the problem from happening again. I would definitely call Roto-Rooter again for plumbing problems.
