The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

Both toilets standing water - would not flush - water backing up in the tub and the shower. Called A1 Sewer & Drain. Nice lady set us up with a technician that came out within one hour. Gregory to the rescue! I have never met a nicer, more informative technician like Gregory!! He had to dig in front of our home to find the main drain to snake it. But when he found it, he couldn’t go that route for it was a “Y” connection so he came up with another option. Took his snake, and was able to flush out what he called a “soft clog”. He also informed us of another option to the “Y” connection which would be a “T” connection that would have made the job go faster. We used Cecelias Home Repair to replace an exterior door, install a roof rain diverter and to install an exterior ground drain.

The first basin was installed where I requested it to be. After that installation, the standing groundwater issue remained between that first basin and the 20 feet back to my shed. It was suggested that a second basin be installed. I agreed to same but I did not choose where the second basin would be placed. I allowed them to make that choice using their expertise. When I arrived home and saw the second basin was placed just 3 feet from the first basin I commented that I thought it would be farther back. So basically the first basin now only catches water from the 3 feet between the two basins. We still have standing water from the second basin all the way back to the shed. I contacted Cecelias to discuss the issue and the response was that if I want to pay for a third basin to be installed they could do that. Had I known the second basin would be installed just 3 feet from the first I would not have paid the extra money for that. And it has not helped the issue at all.

The placement of the second basin is the only issue that I have with Cecelias Home Repair. The actual quality of work they did for the installation of the door and the rest of the ground drain installation were very good. Also, the workers were very nice.

Highly recommend Bertolino plumbing have done multiple jobs for me from removing a stubborn clog to a large diagnostic problem which they figured out was old pipes that needed to be replaced. They are quick to schedule a visit. I have only waited a day before the scheduled visit. Professional, good quality and value. They figure out the problem and work until the problem is resolved.
