We've been using 911 for a couple years now dating back to a busted wall pipe in the kitchen and subsequent kitchen remodel. We then had them remove a wall and build a custom double sided direct-vent stone fireplace. . They will be remodeling our 2 bathrooms and adding a laundry room to complete the total renovation of our 55 year old home from rafters to footers and everything in between! Their dedication to completing the job as planned, in the quickest most affordable way; while never compromising quality, is unmatched in the industry! Finally a contractor you can trust!!

We called Roto Rooter dispatch @ 8:00am. The dispatcher was an upbeat gentlemen who would say ROTO ROOTER TO THE RESCUE. Something we are not use to hearing and after a long night was actually funny and by doing so made our day a little betterA few hours later Janice arrived for the beginning stages of water mitigation. She used her equipment to find standing water inside our wall and explained the reality of the situation. She provided us with valuable information and a piece of mind after this process was over a team (Tevin & Antonio) the team showed up and they also walked me through the process. They set up dehumidifying machines and fans and after the demo was done for that day my house was cleaned as much as one could expect also the main water mitigation tech found $125.00 in my cabinet. Money i totally forgot about and could have easily been just taken and i would have never missed it was handed back to me...INTEGRITY INTEGRITY INTEGRITYGary our local professional tech is great. Our time frame was 2:00pm-6:00pm however Gary was held up at his last customers residence. We where notified that he might be running late for our appointment. However he arrived ontime. That 2 min of time to inform us is much appreciated. Gary introduced himself in a professional manner, explained his procedure and assured my wife that he would get the job done. Gary did his initial inspection. After his inspection he gave us his opinion and best resolution. In the process he also identified other potential issues so we are aware of them as well. Our home was built in the 60's and some materias that where used during that time are no longer the standard. Gary was able to also identify those. The overall service we recieved from the dispatch to the tech was some of the best. Roto Rooter should applaud these individuals for going way beyond thier job to assure us a piece of mind during this tough timeTHANK YOU LADY and GENTLEMENB & D Keenan

Really disappointed....

So how does their craftmanship hold up after a couple of years of renovation? Not too good. Couple of years ago had Cecilia's renovate the upstairs bathroom. They did a decent job. However here are the problems that I have with the company:

1) During the bathroom demo they knocked a hole through into the next room and never mentioned it nor fixed it

2) Crack along the shower is growing larger. Prior, asked if it should happened again and they said it wouldn't. Yet, here we are.

3) They took the downstairs air vent (floor below the bathroom) which was original to the condo. They took it and didn't replace it until it was mentioned. The replacement isn't the original.

4) They took items that didn't belong to them. Missing a Lowe's bucket. Tried to take a cart used by senior neighbors to help load/unload their car. Despite witnesses, they denied the fact they used it and took it. After confronting them, it magically reappeared.

5) They cut the AC condensation pipe and said it was against code. Then said it would cost over $7k to get it replaced.

6) Left a hole in the floor which was shared with AC closet. (Bathroom floor was connected to the closet)

The list goes on....

Overall, really disappointed with the results. Now I'm dealing with cracked walls, electrical outlet that doesn't work, and bathroom fixers that are loose or broken off.
Thinking one star is not deserving.

I had a wonderful experience with Roto-Rooter. The tech came out and was very pleasant. He discovered that we had roots growing in our pipes. He was thorough and cleaned up after himself. Will always call them first!!

Jonathan returned our call in a timely manner, showed up on time, and was able to help us complete the work we needed done. We will definitely be calling back if we need work done in the future!
