We have been customers of Russell's Heating and Cooling for a few years. Today, we had a maintenance appointment and our technician was Harrison B. He provided exceptional customer service, was very informative and personable, and was thorough in performing the maintenance on our HVAC system. Highly recommend requesting Harrison for service as well as maintenance. Thank you!

Called and left a message no return call. Called again the next day, still no return call on an emergency that needed fixed. Business couldn't give the courtesy to place a call back even if they were to busy, a call back would've been great. I'd go elsewhere

I wanted to leave a review on my experience with Roto-Rooter. (It won't allow me to on their page.) I called & made an appointment yesterday for today between 3:00-5:00pm. It is now 9:00pm & they have yet to show up, so I called & canceled the appointment. She asked why I was canceling & when I told her all she said was, Oh. Very unprofessional. Very disappointed. Will not be calling them again. Just a warning for anyone who needs a plumber... Don't call them!
