Jake Mackey from Roby Electrical services came out today to evaluate some issues with an older electrical system. Jake was very professional and knowledgeable regarding all the electrical issues. He provided a common sense approach to repairs in a cost efficient manner. We had our repair estimate before he left the house. I fell asleep for the first appointment to which Kris showed up and was waiting and when I called to reschedule he came back immediately which was very nice.
