All hours installed our water heater about a year ago, the installation and professionalism was great. Recently we had an issue with the heater due to a manufacture error. Upon hearing the problem All Hours managed to find the part and come over to fix it very quickly. Knowing this was a manufacture issue they treated us very well and gave us an amazing deal. South End came on a Friday afternoon to replace my broken water heater with a new tankless water heater. I could find no one that would come out on a Friday afternoon. Not only did they show up, their two employees, Jim and Mike, worked nonstop in a very hot attic the entire afternoon removing my old water heater and installing the new tankless water heater. They were friendly, professional and did an outstanding job… I could not be happier.
