Really pleased with ease of setting up and getting an appointment with IRV Plumbing & Electric to service our outdoor gas lanterns. Jeremiah arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. He serviced our three outdoor gas lanterns, which haven't been working properly since we moved into this home. The first company that tried to service the lights was not able to get them working. The technician explained the various steps required to light the lanterns, as well as how to turn them off and some safety measures for the lanterns since they are tied to an electrical switch. It was a good experience and I was pleased with the service, the price, and the time it took to get an appointment.
