Best Hvac Unit in Charlotte NC

This is the second time we have used Michael and Sons and we were very satisfied with the work completed. The tech was very clear in explaining what the issue was and we felt the cost was reasonable for the work. We will only be using Michael and Sons going forward!

Christmas Eve I had a clog in my kitchen sink/disposal and overflow pipe that I was unable to resolve myself. I was so grateful to Morris Jenkins to assign Jay to come to my home and do the repair. Jay was professional, kind and took the time to fix the problem. Other plumbers were not open during the holiday weekend. My Christmas could have been a disaster if he didn’t come to my rescue and the price was more than reasonable.Thank you so much!

Me and my property manager called separately to ask them to come out to our property to diagnose a compressor issue with one of our heat pumps. We were both quoted different prices over the phone - $95 and $130. Then two months after they came out they sent us a bill for $196. We called multiple times to multiple people. I left voicemails, sent emails to their service manager - Bobby, but was unable to get anyone on the phone to help or even discuss the issue. Poor customer service and much more expensive than others.
