Excellent service....and quick too!

Jacob did an excellent job. Even though it was the AC that was getting serviced, Jacob took the time to also check a heating concern I had. He took the time to explain everything he did in detail which was really appreciated. Every service person should be like him.

As a business owner myself, I am keenly aware of the challenges with scheduling, staffing etc. I also realize the value of communication. PC Godfrey provided zero communication and left me hanging for a service call for 2 days in a row. I had to call both days to request a general timeframe and continued to get call centers or dispatch that would tell me that they would “look into it and give me a call back” yet hours would go by and no call back. At the very least… if your technician is running behind or had to change direction, you could give me some indication of the change.
We have a gas leak at our company office preventing our company from performing tasks required for our daily operation and now 3 days later we must start this process over. I am extremely disappointed and this is the first review I’ve ever taken the time to submit. Again this is coming from someone who is quite understanding when it comes to business operations. I have moved on to look for another company and suggest you do the same.
