Whew! Dustin came out on a Sunday evening at 5pm and stayed until 9pm. He responded to my call immediately! He was thorough in tracking down the problem, and did several checks afterwards to make sure the problem was fixed. I cannot say enough about this honest, reliable guy and I highly recommend him! I couldn’t have been more happy with our experience…we had a blocked pipe and caused water to flow back into the home the night before Thanksgiving…they came out first thing Thanksgiving day and addressed the issue. Price was more than fair considering the timing. Very professional, personable, and discussed the next steps we will need to take to permanently resolve the issue.
