Mr James Moore came to our house looked at our hot water heater and told us what was wrong with it. He explained to us the best hot water heater to get and then went to get the new hot water heater. He installed our heater along with an emergency shut off because the old heater did not have one. He also explained the warranty to us, and told us about the Sweepstakes.
