Finally! A plumbing company in Charlotte that actually cares about their customers. Mr. Rooter has been here three times fixing contractor level work from the builder in a house that's only 7 years old. We upgraded all three toilets and a garbage disposal. Each visit, William has taken the time to educate us on preventative maintenance to avoid any potential problems in the future, all while training his helpers to do it the right way the first time. Clean, affordable, efficient, knowledgeable and polite. Way to go Mr. Rooter!

Malik did an outstanding job. He worked really hard and should be paid well for a job well done. Seem like nothing worked in his favor and he had to work in a very tight spot but he got it done. Also he is a very nice young man. My kind of Plumber.
