Service technician Ted showed up on time... was courteous...professional... knowledgeable gave me options regarding the repair. After I accepted the repair ...From start to finish it was done professionally and in a timely manner !! 5 STARS ***** for everyone from office staff to the technician. Thanks again.

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.
