We had a plumbing issue in the late evening and called to see if we could someone out ASAP. As promised our tech Lian texted when he was on the way. As it turned out there was a clog somewhere between the house clean out and sewer clean out. He explained two access options to resolve the problem and explained that one service was more expensive. We wanted to go with the least costly which involved going through the house clean out; however we were unsure where it was because we had only moved in two weeks earlier. Lian was so helpful in looking for the clean out and with our permission, got a shovel from his truck and moved mulch around looking for it in order to save us money. The service was a bit pricey but it was not any different than our expectation. In addition we were given an estimate after he identified the problem and he went the extra mile to help keep our cost as low as possible. He worked very hard and was very friendly and professional! We really appreciated the quick response and resolution so that we could get back to normal the next morning. We will definitely call them again if we have another plumbing emergency!

He took time to find out what type of problems I was experiencing. Once he completed the service check he took time to explain how my unit was performing and what he would recommend for me to do to get my unit operating at optimum levels. He was very thorough and did not pressure sale. He respected my decision to not move forward with his recommendations. Because of this I will be calling the company back to have the services done in the near future. He was very knowledgeable and very detailed oriented.
