Dajzan was very professional. He explained what the problem was and how to fix it. I was a little worried about the cost, I called on Saturday morning. However, for the quality of work, it was very affordable. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing and Dajzan for any plumbing issues.

I recently moved from Washington DC to NC. I used Michael and Sons regularly to service and maintain my home when in DC. When I found myself without power and getting no help from the utility company I was excited to see that M&S was also in this area. If possible my interaction with Cody today made me even more of a fan and loyal customer. He was attentive, kind and empathetic to my situation when others were not. While to him and others I’m sure this would be considered a simple fix but to me it was the turning point of actually being able to enjoy my new home. He took the time to explain not only what he was doing at the time but the why so that I would be prepared if it happened again. In a series of events that have gone wrong over the last few days it was nice to have something go right.

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.
