Had some concerns with pipes starting to freeze at 5:00 am on the morning of Christmas Eve. Not only did they pick up the phone from a random number on a holiday but also proceeded to provide helpful feedback over the phone for how to assess our immediate concerns. Joey is the best plumber I've ever delt with! I was about to go with a different company, but I'm so glad I went with Plumber Today. Joey explained everything thoroughly, did a GREAT job and left everything just like it was(minus the old leaking water heater and rusted connecters). The install was $1000 less than the other company and I can't imagine getting better service than I got. I highly recommend Plumber Today. They're gonna be my first choice for anything else I need.

John and crew were super helpful. They were honest and steered us in the right direction.

Hired Dean to perform some indoor renovation work. Agreed on payment of 50% to start the work and the remaining after completion. However just at the beginning of the project (not even finished the demolishing work), Dean requested full amount to be paid to proceed the work. After I insisted that the remaining 50% to be paid after completion just as initial agreement signed, Dean pulled plug of the work. The amount of the work he completed doesnt even worth 10% of the project total cost. Pretty much lost my 50% of initial deposit. Be careful of this company.
