This is a family business. We were so impressed with how thorough they were how they checked the pipes with the camera 2 to 3 times. We give them very high rating for how efficient, friendly, great communication. They found a blockage in our kitchen line and used a water jetter to force the blockage through the main pipe to septic. The the plumber and his son used the camera again and found a 1foot long leak under our slab in the family room. So he jack hammered it 1ft by 1ft. then he dug down to the cast iron pipe and saw there was a break and sitting water in the hole. then he had to jack hammer it 6ft long by 2 ft wide to be able to get to the pipe to repair it. Then he had to fill in the hole with dirt, cement the slab. Thank Free Flowing for all your hard work for 12 hours a day. We highly recommend Free Flowing they are hard working, honest,

Very nice men but they're not supposed to fix a leaky valve; told me to get a landscaper. I thought the leak was caused by a broken pipe--but no such thing.
Guys were very friendly and explained why they are not supposed to handle that type of problem.

Our water heater needed to be replaced after it leaked water all over ours and our neighbors townhouse. These guys were great. They were always quick to answer my phone calls and made short work of removing and installing the hot water heaters. I would definitely ask for them again if I run into any plumbing issues!

Spencer was prompt, honest and easy to work with. He and Josh did such a great job analyzing and fixing our sewer problem. They are skilled professionals. And the yard looked better than before when they finished their work. We highly recommend them.

Jaimie of JI Plumbing was fantastic! I own a business and my one and only toilet stopped running on a Friday evening. I Googled plumber Scottsdale and his was the first business to pop up, so I thought What the heck and dialed the number. His wife, Judy, answered the phone with the sweetest southern accent and handed the phone right over to Jaimie when I told her about my debacle. It was 6pm on a Friday- so understandably, he offered me first thing Saturday morning. He came to my shop around 9am and completed his job before we opened at 10am- it was perfect! He was very pleasant to talk to and had a very professional and kind demeanor. Thanks so much for saving us from being toilet-less on our busiest day, Jaimie!

This by far is the best, most efficient and caring plumbing company I have ever dealt with. We had a leak that shut my ac unit off. With no ac in this 100 plus degrees weather and it being after hours, I was in a complete panic. However one phone call resulted in Mark coming to my house within 45 minutes of my emergency call. Mark/Zippity plumbing will be the only plumber I call for now on!!!

Great service! They even give you phone numbers of other plumbing companies to call first which I did but PlumbSmart had the lowest price and the best service, got a new water heater installed the same day for about half the price others quoted. Thanks Matt.

$95.00 to unplug the toilet. $165 to install an angle stop on the toilet. 20 minutes worth of work and a $5 part for $260.00 wow . That's $775.00 an hour. I was in the wrong business!!!!

From the perspective of an ex employee: This company is a far cry from what it once was. Keith (the owner) hired me at $18/hr as the highest paid helper. There are multiple techs with more tenure that were making $16/hr. He explicitly said not to tell any other employees how much I was making. Anyway, as field staff I was told to milk customers for as much as possible. There are some good guys in the field but overall I would not recommend this company to anyone. Charging people for unnecessary repairs and pulling numbers out of a hat is the name of their game. Apparently graduating from BYU doesn't give you any morals. Hey Keith!
