Having never met him before he showed up promptly , professional in his work and extremely knowledgeable in his industry. As the owner of a Vacation Rental Management Company we try to retain only the best service personnel and Top Notch Plumbing is a company we'll definitely try to continue a business relationship with.

Nick was amazing! He showed up early. Gave me the quote I was expecting and it was a great price. I had to have the pipes replaced to my shower and he was so professional and polite and didn't mind my pets all over the place. I will definitely use this company again!

Mark at Direct Plumbing and Drain was fantastic! He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if there were a need to. I recommend this company whole heartedly!!! No regrets!

I have a water heater that is 18 months old and I have a water softener. My previous water heater began leaking at about 4 years. When Second Opinion installed this water heater they recommended that I replace the anode rod every 2 years. Apparently, the anode rod attracts the sediment and corrosive elements (like minerals in the water) so that they corrode the anode rod rather than the inside of your water heater tank (Google) and the water softener puts something in the water that causes corrosion. I never had water softeners before I moved to AZ, so I was unaware of their purpose. Sure enough, when he removed it, the anode rod was in pretty bad shape. Brandon and Aaron were efficient and friendly and charged me a reasonable price.

We've used them to install new pipes, repair old ones, and even help us with emergency situations—and they've always been outstanding!

Absolutely loved my experience with A Choice Plumbing. Technician was extremely detailed and considerate when providing my estimate, answered all of my questions, and within a few hours had my water heater replaced and my laundry room cleaned up of water and dirt. Everyone I spoke with was polite and considerate. 10/10 will use them again.

Waste of 2 weeks! Don't use!

There was a leak coming from under my dishwasher. I called Taylor and he came out to look at the water damage to my floors. He sent a plumber out for me so I did not have to research one of my own to fix my dishwasher. Justin, Brandon, and Anthony did the work in my home and they were on time and professional. Bridgette in the office updated me every step of the way. Very satisfied with my services!

Let's just say this company was referred by our insurance company and we would never use them again. They sent out a service man to our home and after he left my mother noticed jewelry missing. My mother who is 70... had a wedding ring and her mother's ring missing from the same area which the employee was working. I can't express the disappointment. We reported it to the company, the insurance company and the police. The rings had very little monetary value but, sentimental value was tremendous. Shame on the employee!
