Jaimie was professional and on time. He was able repair my leaking toilet. I also requested him to check all of my bathroom faucets' water pressure and shower faucets. Service was great and I will use him again in the future.

2nd opinion was at house to repair running toilet. made repair. had to call them again, same issue. they came and shortened chain. had to call again (third try) same issue. they charged me again. they will say it was a different problem, it was not. they should have identified the real problem the first time. I was charged twice to repair what should have been done the first time. nice people, but they say they guarantee their work. perhaps, but they will charge you again! By the way, at end of third try, I was not told in advance that I would have to pay again nor what it would cost..just asked for my credit card again.! Margaret P. , Mesa, AZ

Over the past nine months, I have dealt with numerous companies while going through a kitchen renovation from hell and THANK GOD for Kitchen and Bath Plumbing. For the first time, I felt like someone actually cared. Robbie did a fantastic job explaining the work he was doing and what to expect. He was kind and answered all of my questions thoroughly. We were out of town last week and arrived home late Saturday night/early Sunday morning to find a pool of water on the floor of the garage. The next morning, after putting towels down to absorb the water the night before, the pool had spread dangerously close to treasured boxes of family heirlooms. We were in a panic trying to figure out not only how to stop the water from destroying priceless memories, but also how we might get in touch with a plumber on a Sunday (and on a holiday weekend to boot). We reached out to Rich after reading great reviews on the Nextdoor app, and he responded almost immediately to set an appointment for the next morning at 10:30. We were extremely relieved and grateful already since the leak continued to worsen exponentially throughout Sunday, but he went above and beyond by rearranging things to move our appointment to as early as possible Monday morning. He and his associate Dylan showed up and immediately got to work, diagnosed the problem, and remedied it. He was extremely knowledgeable and assured us, in a time of crisis, that he would take great care of us (and he did). As transplants from the Midwest ourselves, it was clear that he embodies that Midwestern work ethic and pride in one’s work that lets you know you’re in the best of hands. Thank you Rich and Dylan for putting our minds at ease and taking such good care of us!

This company did a great job assessing and evaluation our residential leak. They were at my house within a few days of calling. The problem was very difficult to resolve. They took the time to thoroughly assess and come up with the best solution, providing the least amount of damage and expense to our home. Special shout to our serviceman Zach who took time to talk with my kids and help them be comfortable while he was working.

Great outfit. Not the cheapest but the best. Responded very timely to our call for a new toilet install after our old one bit the dust. Out with the old and in with the new, no mess, no fuss. Very happy with the service and would recommend to anyone.

I have been with company for over 20 years and only 2 time I have some problems.1 time it was a new person that came out and I talked to the company and they helped me with that personThis company has been there for me when I had a problem, they jumped on it and always help me.Now my A/C had a problem I called them and they always come out the same day. They came out and he showed me the problem . My my wife and I talked about the problem . Just like always they gave me a great deal on the problem. I asked the tech. The problem was my A/C was in bad shape. I asked the tech. the price for repairs and it was going to be alot of money. So I asked him what the price on a new one and the price was out of my price range. He said he would call his boss and ask him what he could do about the price. I got a great deal and I said let's do it. The next day they came out to replace my A/C and the heater. The 2 technician that came out were great and very polite. After it was done the A/C work better then I thought. The unit was working great and it was better then I was hoping! This company is very professional and I will recommend them , you will be happy with this company. Like I said earlier this company on a scale from 1 not good to a 10.
