We installed our old water heater 4 years ago and now we opted to replace it with tankless one. We hired this company as per my colleague's opinion. They came on next day and stared removing our old heater. After removing it they cleaned up the whole place and started installing new tankless water heater. They guided us with every work they done which was very helpful to us. They advised us to have maintenance service time to time so that heater will not malfunction. We hired them immediately on contract for maintenance service of our water heater. Highly recommended.

They showed up in a timely fashion, got the job done fairly quick and charged reasonable prices!! Overall thought it was great service, I recommend them all day long.

Jaimie was sent out by my home warranty company. He is the best plumber we have ever had. I will request him time and time again. And, will call him when we have repairs needed that the warranty company doesn't cover. Jaimie is fast, efficient, honest and very professional. It took 20 years of living in Arizona to find honest, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, plumber with exceptional work ethics and unparalleled craftsmanship. Mark is the best plumber around here. We have used his services twice now you can literally tell by the look of his work how well the repair was done. First time I ran into crisis while having washer and dryer delivered with the watter connection being corroded and leaking. The appliance delivery people literally left me hanging with this problem and the excitement of getting new washer and dryer quickly turned into nightmare. Mark understood the urgency of this situation and extended his work day, just to come help us. I can't imagine what would have happened otherwise as I literally had watter leaking and I wasn't sure how long I could keep up with drying it so that the tile underneath wouldn't get damaged. Mark at Direct Plumbing and Drain was fantastic! He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if there were a need to. I recommend this company whole heartedly!!! No regrets!

I had them out to repair a toilet flange. Took 15 minutes and they charged me $200 for labor, though I had to calculate that myself because they didn't separate materials and labor on the bill. I thought they were charging me so much for labor because they were going to screw the new flange to the floor and there were no existing holes, but they didn't so now its just going to break again in a couple years

Don was incredibly helpful. He took care of our clog in the kitchen and then gave me advice on how to reattach our standing sink in our half bath. He even gave me the parts to do it myself when I said I'd like to fix it. I would highly recommend them!

This guy is way cool. Called expecting to get an appointment set up for blah blah business days later, I wasn’t excited about my plumbing problem as it was, and this guy LITERALLY came out an hour after I called and gave me a way stellar performance AND price.

First of all, I usually do not write reviews but when you come across such a great business you feel the need to. My water heater broke and I called a couple of plumbers to get bids. The first one came out and hit me with over a $5,000 bid to replace my hot water heater and to do some other items they recommended. They are a big-name plumber outfit here in the valley. They said I absolutely needed a new unit. Nick from Norfleet family Plumbing came out and told me we could actually just replace a part on my hot water heater if I did not want to replace the entire unit. It was already ten years old so I opted to get a new unit. I showed Nick the other plumbing items that they said should be replaced at a cost of $600 and he informed me that they did not need to be replaced. Long story short I saved over $3,600 by using Norfleet Family Plumbing. Nick came out the next day and arrived on time, did a great job and has a customer for life. Also, the water heater he got me was the same professional grade unit that the other plumbing company was going to use so we are comparing apples to apples here. You can't go wrong with Norfleet.

James completed a thorough inspection of our HVAC system on our new home. He recommended a thermostat change to help balance out the room temperatures around the house and already notice a difference.
