Gavin was great, he put in an RO water system that connects to my fridge and installed the fridge waterline. He explained the details on maintenance and answered all my questions. Been using Top Notch Plumbing for about 4-5yrs now, and will keep calling them.

These guys were awesome and I would have out 5 stars EXCEPT, when they hooked my gas line back up they did not seal it!!! A few hours after they left I walked into my garage that smelled like rotten eggs. There was a clear hissing sound coming from gas to water heater. A quick tightening took care of it, but come on!!!! That is so dangerous and could have killed my family.

The tech found the problem quickly and had the part that needed to be replaced with him, he was quick and the bill was reasonable he did great work

Great service! They even give you phone numbers of other plumbing companies to call first which I did but PlumbSmart had the lowest price and the best service, got a new water heater installed the same day for about half the price others quoted. Thanks Matt.

First off over $1000 to replace a toilet flange is highway robbery, but to add insult to injury the technician left, what I’ll politely refer to as brown smudges, all over the bathroom floor, going through the kitchen and living room to the front door. Also left a dirty used latex glove on the front porch.The first time I used Lawson it was great! This time not so much. Don’t think I’ll be calling them again.EDIT: After seeing this review Lawson sent me a check for the over-charge, so there's that.

Saturday afternoon and called Second Opinion Plumbing and they sent Charles Harvey out and he fixed my problem professionally and did a great job cleaning up and gave me a estimate on some future work I will be needing done. Second Opinion Plumbing and Air will be the company I call First!!

Had a Washer delivered from Spencer's and the people installing it had broken a water valve. I had to scramble and find someone that is able to fix it ASAP so that water in the house can be turned back on. Waterex was able to come by within an hour of me calling and replaced it promptly. The whole process probably took less than 2 hours. Will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone.
