This is a family business. We were so impressed with how thorough they were how they checked the pipes with the camera 2 to 3 times. We give them very high rating for how efficient, friendly, great communication. They found a blockage in our kitchen line and used a water jetter to force the blockage through the main pipe to septic. The the plumber and his son used the camera again and found a 1foot long leak under our slab in the family room. So he jack hammered it 1ft by 1ft. then he dug down to the cast iron pipe and saw there was a break and sitting water in the hole. then he had to jack hammer it 6ft long by 2 ft wide to be able to get to the pipe to repair it. Then he had to fill in the hole with dirt, cement the slab. Thank Free Flowing for all your hard work for 12 hours a day. We highly recommend Free Flowing they are hard working, honest,

$95.00 to unplug the toilet. $165 to install an angle stop on the toilet. 20 minutes worth of work and a $5 part for $260.00 wow . That's $775.00 an hour. I was in the wrong business!!!!

Excellent experience! Plumber contacted me to move our appointment earlier in the day, he showed up on time, was very professional. Gave us a quote, options and advice on how to save $ through warranties. We chose to have him repair and they were reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again.

This was a great experience. I called with a concern about a leak in my kitchen sink, and they were able to send somebody out the next day to take a look. Spencer was on time for our appointment and very helpful. He was able to give us some great advice, as well as a fix for a really good price, and the work was done very quickly. We will definitely use them again.

Great service! They even give you phone numbers of other plumbing companies to call first which I did but PlumbSmart had the lowest price and the best service, got a new water heater installed the same day for about half the price others quoted. Thanks Matt.

Buyer beware. SCAM!!!!So I gotta tell you. I'm all about making a living and a profit. However lawson family plumbing came out to my sisters house and did a water leak repair. It was on the exterior of the house and it was a minor repair approximately $24 and parts and I'm sure some of it was left over Scrap. They charged her $850 with the service call and dialogue. To no avail it leaked in three weeks! Please see the photo of the very cheap PVC parts that were used. I would understand if it was $300 but this is completely unacceptable. 100% buyer beware these guys must be on commission!. I would recommend you search for a Different plumbing company and by no means trust these guys. Please see the photo. She has a single

You’ll thank yourself later! My family and I moved to AZ a little over a year ago and since then have had a substantial amount of work done to our home. Like most families, we’ve had some not-so-great experiences with contractors and learned some hard lessons in getting-what-you-pay-for. Fortunately, we came across Hansen Family for one of our home projects and they have provided an exceptional experience! This isn’t a cut and dry review about a one and done, in and out, job; rather an exemplary demonstration of stellar customer care and truly going above and beyond for customer satisfaction. After the AC unit for our basement went out, Hansen Family was one of the companies that came out to assess. From the get-go they were professional, courteous and prompt. We decided to go with them and they installed the new setup quickly and without hassle. Unfortunately, there was a bit of an issue after the install that resulted in a leak. I understand that complex installations like this can produce unforeseen outcomes, so I wasn’t too bothered, however, I did want to be sure the issue was fixed. I reached out to Hansen Family about the issue and they promptly went to work to fix the problem. In a strange turn of events, the problem persisted, despite the technicians best efforts. However, Hansen Family was there at every call and did not hesitate to send someone out and attempt to make things right. This most recent, and likely final, fix from Hansen Family included an entire unearthing of the original install and subsequent redo of the complex unit. The valuable point I want to portray to anyone in search of a home services provider in my area, is that Hansen Family is a company you can trust and one that will truly do all they can to make things right. I am completely confident that, had we originally gone with someone else, and ran into a similar issue, or worse, we would be up to our eyes with grief.
