Cure all plumbing showed up same day for an emergency sewer line break. They used the best technology to camera and identify leak and helped come up with most cost effective and efficient way to repair my broken pipe. Cure all was transparent with pricing any extent of damage. I would definitely use them again for my next plumbing issue.

Jaimie of JI Plumbing was fantastic! I own a business and my one and only toilet stopped running on a Friday evening. I Googled plumber Scottsdale and his was the first business to pop up, so I thought What the heck and dialed the number. His wife, Judy, answered the phone with the sweetest southern accent and handed the phone right over to Jaimie when I told her about my debacle. It was 6pm on a Friday- so understandably, he offered me first thing Saturday morning. He came to my shop around 9am and completed his job before we opened at 10am- it was perfect! Mark at Direct Plumbing and Drain was fantastic! He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if there were a need to. I recommend this company whole heartedly!!! No regrets!

It has been our first experience with Hansen Family Plumbing and Air, and the job actually was quite challenging - a dozen companies all across the valley refused it before Hansen Family has accepted it. We have a complex system that involves the ERV ventilator and a whole house dehumidifier, as well as a complicated system of exhaust and booster fans.
We needed custom re-configuration, and it took a couple of iterations for Hansen Family Plumbing and Air to get it all right... but the second round they did not charge extra as it was still included in the original SoW, and Dan Santoro has made it all work great!
The team was on time, very organized, well-equipped and professional.

Called and made an appoint for this morning. Charles showed up first thing in the morning. Did a great job of not only finding the clog, but also discussing the problem, short term and long term solutions.

I had found an issue with the clogged pipe and he was kind enough to connect the piece for me as well.

Quick friendly and professional service

I am glad I am not the only one that's had a bad experience with American Leak Detection. Just take look at their reviews. HORRIBLE..
It's hard to imagine that they have been at my house 16 times and I still have a leak in my pool and spa. We started this back in Oct and it's now April. They had to come out 10 times to determine where a leak was in my spa. Each time they found a leak. Which tells me they don't do a thorough job and check your spa and pool the FIRST time. It also tells me they don't check everything. They find a leak and stop there..After 4 spa repairs and 1 pool repair both are still leaking. The last technician asked if I can run 3 bucket tests and call the office back to schedule him to come back out. The owner, Keith, calls me and says he needs to charge me to dispatch a tech. Are you serious? He tells me he's lost money on my job. I told him how is this my problem. It should take 16 visits and 4 different techs to determine where a leak is coming from. He was actually blaming me for something I paid for that wasn't fixed the first time.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this company. Techs are incompetent and the owner, Keith, doesn't reason with customer's.
