Best Water Heater Replacement in Chandler AZ

I had an unfortunate situation with an other larger plumbing company in the area. I went to Pat for a quote on a water heater and told him my unique situation. He provided such reasonable pricing, validated my situation, and explained his cost. He was always responsive as this situation required various calling back and scheduling. He really made me feel well taken care of, unlike the previous company I was using. Now I am sitting here writing a review with a new water heater perfectly installed and under REASONABLE PRICING, thanks to Pat! I will go to him for future plumbing services and recommend to anyone.

Alex and his team are the best in the business! I have several restaurants around Pinal county that all needed some work with faucets, water heaters and toilets. Alexander’s plumbing made it to my restaurants in a very timely manner (most of the time same day). His prices are the cheapest I’ve seen and his bill pay is beyond user friendly. They showed up in a timely fashion, got the job done fairly quick and charged reasonable prices!! Overall thought it was great service, I recommend them all day long.

Gavin was very accommodating and friendly, arrived when he said he would and solved my problem.

They lied, they quoted over 3x (1000+ just to diagnose) what another plumber cost to fix our drain(350 diagnosed and fixed), and they lied about the cost of an estimate. It took many phone calls to get them to refund the additional charge.

Edit: Owner of the company stated he will sue me due to the above review. I left it as it was when he made the threat.

The Cure All team was great overall. Easy and quick to schedule and on time as promised. Don was our tech and, following a late Friday diagnosis on our water heater, went out of his way to get us the water heater we wanted installed on Saturday. My only nit - which really makes this a 4.5 out of 5, is I would have liked him to walk thru with me the re-circulating timer to ensure it was set correctly. I was left with the manual to do it on my own. This left me questioning whether I set it up correctly so it’s working as needed.

I called Zippity Split plumbing to repair a leak in my guest bathroom because the technician came out within an hour of an emergency I previously had on a Sunday with no added cost for being a Sunday! Mark was knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced. I’d recommend Zippity Split anytime someone has a plumbing issue!

Mark at Direct Plumbing and Drain was fantastic! He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if there were a need to. I recommend this company whole heartedly!!! No regrets!

Really pricy and the person who did the repair left a huge mess. Like black soot and melted plastic all over my bathroom. This company doesn't seem to have actual employees, but instead is a referral to independents, which helps them avoid accountability. Definitely don't recommend.

Brian was excellent! Very professional. Fixed a clogged sink in less than 5 minutes after already had been told by two other companies that it was unfixable. Will definitely use them again!
