This is a family business. We were so impressed with how thorough they were how they checked the pipes with the camera 2 to 3 times. We give them very high rating for how efficient, friendly, great communication. They found a blockage in our kitchen line and used a water jetter to force the blockage through the main pipe to septic. The the plumber and his son used the camera again and found a 1foot long leak under our slab in the family room. So he jack hammered it 1ft by 1ft. then he dug down to the cast iron pipe and saw there was a break and sitting water in the hole. then he had to jack hammer it 6ft long by 2 ft wide to be able to get to the pipe to repair it. Then he had to fill in the hole with dirt, cement the slab. Thank Free Flowing for all your hard work for 12 hours a day. We highly recommend Free Flowing they are hard working, honest,

He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I have had work done on 2 houses by Lawson family plumbing, multiple jobs at each house. Every time there has been a problem, especially with their dispatch not knowing anything about plumbing and not accurately scheduling or letting me know what would be happening when the technician came. We've had leaks that then the quality control manager had to come out and fix, and had combative technicians (video captured by my Ring camera) when it came to additional costs that I refuted due to the technicians negligence. Today is the day I sever ties. I was told by dispatch that work would be done today we can do that, when in fact a technician came to quote me. I had cleared my schedule and allotted for the cost. The technician, came in, took pictures, and went to his truck for 40 minutes before I received a call from dispatch that the work was getting scheduled for the following day with a technician and a manager. The managers explained on the phone that there is always a quote first and the work done later, but another company came on short notice after I called them, gave me a lower estimate, and warrantees their work for 2 years vs 30 days that Lawson does, and finished in less time than Lawson quoted for more work (angle stop needed replacing, new company saw that need and took care of it).
