He called and let me know how far out he was, arrived quickly, figured out the issue with our AC unit, provided a reasonable estimate with options, had parts available (thank goodness!), repaired our unit in a timely manner and we couldn’t be happier! 10/10 would definitely use them again, thanks so much AZ Preferred Plumbing!

The plumber, Jessie, was very clean, sympathetic, and courteous. The faucet outlet connections were frozen and could not be removed. He had to cut it off and add new pipe and faucet.

I was satisfied with his work and appreciated his gentlemanly conduct especially since he was in the sun in heat of day with monsoon humidity so bad I had to come indoors while he stayed and worked outside.

Great service! They even give you phone numbers of other plumbing companies to call first which I did but PlumbSmart had the lowest price and the best service, got a new water heater installed the same day for about half the price others quoted. Thanks Matt.

Jeff provide quick service. Very informative, as I asked 20 questions while he worked. He repaired the water leak just after the meter. He replaced 2 completely rotted washers and fixed the leak in 15 minutes. Price was very fair. After another ridiculously high estimate from another company, that did not even attempt to properly diagnose the problem, I can assure you that I will always call Lawson Family Plumbing from now on.

I had a plugged plumbing line and it was particularly difficult to clear. They worked until it was clear, and explained why it happened. I really appreciate their professionalism and kindness. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
