I had an unfortunate situation with an other larger plumbing company in the area. I went to Pat for a quote on a water heater and told him my unique situation. He provided such reasonable pricing, validated my situation, and explained his cost. He was always responsive as this situation required various calling back and scheduling. He really made me feel well taken care of, unlike the previous company I was using. Now I am sitting here writing a review with a new water heater perfectly installed and under REASONABLE PRICING, thanks to Pat! I will go to him for future plumbing services and recommend to anyone.

We have always had a great experience with Innovative Plumbing & Drain. They showed the afternoon they said they would, took his time and fixed my water heater. I have hot water now. Technician was polite, professional and cleaned up afterwards. It's just what I wanted.

I called the number and it went to voicemail. I received a call back about 30 mins later and set an appointment for the same day between 2-4 pm. At 4 pm, after no one showed up, I called to verify the technician (Kamil) was still coming. I was informed he was. Then about 10 mins later I received a call from Kamil stating he had to cancel. This was after I took the afternoon off work and rearranged my schedule to be there. I understand people get delayed, but to be reassured someone was still coming then to be told the appointment is canceled (after the time slot for the appointment passed) is unprofessional. I called another company and recommend others AVOID calling AZ Preferred Plumbing.

Had a plumbing issue with two toilets over the past weekend and Danny came over and resolved my issues in less than three hours and was fair and transparent with pricing and the process.

Great service! They even give you phone numbers of other plumbing companies to call first which I did but PlumbSmart had the lowest price and the best service, got a new water heater installed the same day for about half the price others quoted. Thanks Matt.

Nick came out to check my water heater. He called first to ask if he could come earlier which worked out great for me. He was very polite, personable and the best part is he was very informative. He explained a lot about the water heater (how it works, what noises I should hear and in what order.) He waited for the water heater to heat completely and asked if I noticed more water usage-which I had, but completely forgot about. He checked the main, cold water and hot water and told me it was the drip system and advised I could readjust it so it wasn't using so much water. I should know this stuff, but I'm thankful he was kind enough to educate me. I'll definitely save his information as whenever I have a plumbing issue again, he's earned my trust to come service it.
