After snaking the line from the roof vent, the free camera inspection identified a o-ring gasket loose in the line that was clogging the line. the technician Spencer was able to push the object all the way clear to the sewer line eliminating future problems and proving a great inspection of our drain lines. This is the 2nd time I have used Lawson Family Plumbing and I could not be happier with the experience. Jason K. was very professional and helped resolve our issue with our kitchen sink/dish washer drainage. Our house is older (built in 67’) and Jason walked me through his recommendations for getting the issue resolved. He said we could start with a basic snaking of the line (which we did) and then proceed in the future with a water jet if the problem came back. He told me what to look out for so we could call Lawson Family Plumbing back out if the problem reoccured. I highly recommend their services.

I was way way over charged and ask for a bill in writing and was told that they would bring one by but never did.

Had a leak I couldn't stop. Needed to finish an install on a kitchen faucet. They were prompt they did the work and they charged me $570 for 40 minutes of their time. I guess this is standard but it's still outrageous.
