Best Traditional Repair in Chandler AZ

This is a family business. We were so impressed with how thorough they were how they checked the pipes with the camera 2 to 3 times. We give them very high rating for how efficient, friendly, great communication. They found a blockage in our kitchen line and used a water jetter to force the blockage through the main pipe to septic. The the plumber and his son used the camera again and found a 1foot long leak under our slab in the family room. So he jack hammered it 1ft by 1ft. then he dug down to the cast iron pipe and saw there was a break and sitting water in the hole. then he had to jack hammer it 6ft long by 2 ft wide to be able to get to the pipe to repair it. Then he had to fill in the hole with dirt, cement the slab. Thank Free Flowing for all your hard work for 12 hours a day. We highly recommend Free Flowing they are hard working, honest,

The technician was wonderful, very polite and attentive. He did his best to explain what we needed. His workmanship was spot on.I am, however, very disappointed in the expense. As a ‘Member’ of your group, I, frankly, expected a discount on parts and labor. But, it appears, by the sheer cost, that I am incorrect.Also, if we wish to reach our goal of actually changing the type of handle on these two showed valves, we must purchase additional items and have them installed. I understand the would be done at no additional expense.With that said, we are going to leave the faucet handles as he left them, as they are much easier to use.Rick Walrath
